TERMS
CLIENT, DRIVER, AND USERS SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the Client, Driver (referred to as “Users”), and Rydi, LLC (“Rydi”) for driving services provided by Rydi. This Agreement covers all driving services arranged by Rydi for the Client at any time. “Client,” “Driver,” and “Users” may be referred to individually or together throughout this document.
For valuable consideration, both the Users and Rydi agree to the following terms:
Rydi will make every effort to assign a driver to meet the Client’s requested transportation needs. Users agree to follow all terms and conditions on Rydi’s website, including insurance, rates, cancellations, late payment fees, payment procedures, privacy, and conduct expectations.

1. Client Insurance Requirements
The Client must maintain auto insurance with at least their state’s minimum liability limits or $25,000 per person/$50,000 per accident for bodily injury and $25,000 for property damage. Client and Driver understand that the Client’s insurance is primary, while Rydi’s insurance is secondary.

The Client must notify Rydi if there are any changes to the Client’s insurance that could impact this Agreement.

3. Vehicle Condition
The Client confirms that their vehicle is in safe, working condition, is registered, and is owned by the Client. Rydi relies on this information when providing services. Any changes must be communicated to Rydi.

4. Primary Insurance
Users agree that their auto insurance is primary for liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage. Rydi’s liability for damages is limited to $2,500 or the Client’s deductible, whichever is less.

5. Scope of Services
Rydi’s services are limited to driving the Client, any passengers, and the Client’s vehicle to the designated address. Rydi is not responsible for assisting with entry/exit from the vehicle or buildings.

6. Non-Owned Vehicles
If the Client requests services for a vehicle they do not own, they must have permission to use the vehicle and confirm all details as if it were their own.

7. Service Types and Account Setup
Rydi offers services like hourly driving, long-distance trips, and special destination coordination. Users must create a single account to access Rydi’s systems. Rydi does not guarantee a match for every request but will use factors like driver availability and estimated pickup time to match Clients and Drivers.

8. Conversion Fee
If the Client wishes to hire a Rydi driver directly within six months of service, they must pay Rydi a $5,000 fee. This applies regardless of the nature of the employment with the Client.

- 8a. Driver Restriction
Drivers agree not to solicit Rydi Clients for personal business within six months after the last day of service. Any breach of this will incur a fee to Rydi, whichever is greater: 1.5 times the income received from the Client or a minimum of $1,500.
9. Arbitration
Any disputes related to this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in Tampa, Florida. If Rydi is the prevailing party, it is entitled to recover costs, including attorney fees.

10. Liability Release
Users release and hold harmless Rydi and its team from any claims or damages related to the services provided, including those based on negligence.

Users confirm they understand and agree to the terms, including the release, indemnity, and hold harmless provisions.

12. Amendments
Rydi may amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of Rydi services after amendments signifies acceptance.

POLICIES, FEES & CHARGES
- Reservations
You will receive notifications confirming that your ride request has been received, assigned, scheduled, or changed. Reservations are confirmed only once a driver is assigned and depend on availability.
- Quoted Fares and Cancellation Policies
Cancellation terms vary by service type, with some services requiring 60 minutes’ notice and others requiring 24 hours or more. Fees may apply, especially for cancellations during peak periods, such as holidays.
- Fares and Payment
Fares consist of a base fee and any applicable charges. Rydi uses GPS to calculate distances; changes in routes or traffic may adjust final fare amounts. All reservations are charged at the time of booking, and final balances are due within 24 hours after completion.
- Refund Policy
Purchases of gift certificates or pre-paid hours are non-refundable. Long-distance transportation refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Discounts
Discounts do not apply during holidays or other peak periods.
- Usage Charges
Charges begin at the scheduled pickup time, and delays may incur additional wait-time charges.
- Tipping
Rydi recommends a 20% gratuity for the driver.
